1. Purpose and scope

fv-chatter provides automated conversation orchestration, AI assistant workflows, and CRM tools for creators and agencies operating on adult-friendly and creator platforms. Maintaining a safe, lawful, and compliant environment is essential for our creators, card networks, banking partners, and community.

This Content Moderation Policy sets forth the strict standards governing all content, prompts, automated messages, media descriptions, campaigns, and persona configurations transmitted or processed through fv-chatter. By accessing or using the platform, creators, operators, and agencies agree to comply unconditionally with this policy.

2. Prohibited content (zero tolerance)

fv-chatter enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against unlawful, non-consensual, abusive, or dangerous content. The following categories of content are strictly prohibited from being processed, generated, scheduled, transmitted, or facilitated through our platform:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Any text, media, prompt, or simulation involving minors, underage personas, or the sexualization of individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Any detected CSAM/CSAE will result in immediate permanent account termination, IP/credential blacklisting, and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities.
  • Non-Consensual Sexual Content & Deepfakes: Any non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), unauthorized recordings, upskirting, revenge porn, non-consensual deepfakes, or sexualized content depicting individuals without their express, verifiable written consent.
  • Extreme Violence, Torture, and Bodily Harm: Depictions, simulations, or promotion of extreme violence, gore, mutilation, sexual assault, rape, torture, self-harm, suicide, or physical cruelty.
  • Bestiality and Zoophilia: Any visual, audio, or textual depiction, simulation, or roleplay involving sexual acts with animals.
  • Hate Speech, Harassment, and Extortion: Content promoting violence, hatred, discrimination against protected groups, targeted harassment, cyberbullying, stalking, blackmail, sextortion, or doxxing.
  • Human Trafficking and Coercion: Content facilitating human trafficking, prostitution, non-consensual commercial sex operations, or involuntary servitude.
  • Illegal Substances, Weapons, and Unlawful Goods: Content facilitating or promoting the illegal sale or distribution of controlled substances, firearms, weapons, counterfeit goods, or illegal services.

3. AI and synthetic media guidelines

fv-chatter empowers creators to deploy conversational AI personas. To prevent deception and ensure ethical and compliant operations, all creators must adhere to the following synthetic media standards:

  • Mandatory AI Disclosure: Creators and agencies must clearly disclose to fans and subscribers that chatbots and automated conversational personas are artificial intelligence simulations.
  • Strict Likeness and Consent Standards: Personas, avatars, and voice profiles must never impersonate real living individuals, celebrities, or public figures without explicit, written, verifiable legal consent. Using AI to simulate real persons without consent is strictly prohibited.
  • 18+ Adult Representation Guarantee: All synthetic personas, avatar imagery, and conversational dialogue must strictly represent and depict adults aged 18 years or older. Simulating minor personas, school-age roleplay, or underage themes in adult or suggestive contexts is strictly prohibited.
  • No Harmful or Deceptive Manipulations: AI personas must not be configured to induce real-world self-harm, fraud, financial scams, or harassment.

4. Monitoring and enforcement mechanisms

We employ a comprehensive, defense-in-depth approach to ensure content compliance across all automated and manual workflows:

  • Automated Filtering & Keyword Blacklists: Inbound and outbound messages, prompt inputs, and media descriptions pass through multi-layered automated filtering, blocklists, and safety scoring classifiers designed to intercept prohibited terminology and harmful patterns before transmission.
  • Prompt Safety and Boundary Guardrails: Conversational AI directives are engineered with strict safety boundary prompts designed to refuse generation of illicit, non-consensual, or prohibited subject matter.
  • Human Review and Anomaly Audits: Our compliance and engineering teams conduct periodic internal audits and review safety-flagged logs, anomalous conversation volume, and system escalation tags.
  • Platform Interlocks: Accounts exhibiting safety violations or suspicious activity are automatically paused or throttled pending investigation.

5. Reporting, takedown, and rapid removal

We maintain an accessible and responsive reporting mechanism for users, creators, platforms, and rights-holders to flag potential violations or request immediate content removal.

If you identify any content, persona, or message that violates this policy, you may submit a formal report via our Contact Form at /contact. We review all reports with high priority and commit to investigating and executing appropriate takedowns or remediation within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
