Build followers and welcome their interest
Give attention a clear next step
A growing creator business needs two connected habits: bring interested people to your Fanvue page, then give them a good experience when they arrive. FV Chatter supports the conversation and relationship part. In this lesson, we'll review your Fanvue Vault metadata, write a follow invitation, schedule regular posts, and welcome a new fan with useful conversation context.
Review Vault metadata, tags, and exclusions
This is your Fanvue Vault viewed through FV Chatter. The software imports the Vault's metadata, such as captions and media references; the actual media stays on Fanvue. It reads those captions to assign tags. Browse your items, adjust the tags, and selectively exclude anything you don't want the bot to share in fan conversations. These controls help it choose suitable content for the fan's mood or a direct request.
Write an invitation worth following
To bring new people to Fanvue, give your marketing one clear next step. For example: new photos and behind-the-scenes updates on my Fanvue; follow for the next set. Explain what they'll receive and where to go. Use your own link and an accurate promise. External promotion brings people in; FV Chatter helps you welcome them and develop the relationship once they arrive.
Plan a week people can return to
Now open Scheduler. Aim for three pay-per-view posts and three or four free posts a week as a practical starting rhythm. Free posts keep the page active and give people something to respond to. Paid posts offer a clear next step for interested buyers. Adjust the rhythm to what you can produce consistently and what your audience enjoys.
Review the post before scheduling
Open a post to inspect its media, caption, audience, date, and time. A free preview and a paid collection can work together, but the caption should explain the difference. Here, a morning preview and an evening paid post give the day two distinct purposes. Review the paid price as well as the actual media before saving.
Reach followers and subscribers directly
For a Free or PPV post, you can also enable Send as Mass Message to All Contacts. This schedules direct delivery alongside the post, helping you reach followers and subscribers more directly. Review that audience before enabling it. Save the draft, then check its scheduled state. Scheduling is preparation; it is not yet proof that the post or message was delivered.
Meet Daniel, a new fan
Meet Daniel, a new fan who discovered Summer's photos and asks whether she has more portraits like the ones he enjoyed. Read his actual question before thinking about a sale. He is showing a specific interest. A useful welcome acknowledges it and gives him an easy way to continue. In chapter four, we'll answer that request and follow the conversation through a relevant paid photo offer.
Automatic memory + optional creator notes
The bot automatically builds and updates its own fan memory from previous conversations. It keeps useful preferences and relationship context, so you don't have to enter everything yourself. Daniel has said he likes relaxed portraits and clear descriptions. The Creator Notes shown here let you add your own context on top of the bot's memory if you want. Those notes are optional; automatic fan memory works without them.
Following and buying are different steps
Following, subscribing, and buying paid content are different actions. A follower can show interest without committing to every offer. A subscriber can still choose whether to unlock a paid collection. Teach your workflow to welcome the fan, explain the relevant content, and respect their decision. The software helps manage that process; your content gives the offer its value.
Prepare your next week
Your next action is simple: choose one theme, write one follow invitation, and plan a realistic publishing week. Prepare a welcome that asks one natural question, then make sure there is suitable content behind the interest you create. This is why FV Chatter can matter before you have a large audience: you are building a repeatable process while you grow.
