Run your creator business with control

Start the day with a useful Inbox review

Start your daily review in Inbox. The left-side views help you see where attention is needed: All, Needs reply, and Whales organize conversations, while Timeline shows outgoing activity. Inspect PPV, Tip, and Safety views to understand what happened. This is how you keep the busy workspace connected to real fan relationships and decide where your personal attention adds the most value.

Control the account and individual conversations

Stop bot and Start bot control automation for the account. Pause bot and Resume bot apply to the selected fan. Choose the level that fits what you need to review. You can pause one relationship while other conversations continue, or stop the account while you inspect a broader issue. Check the resulting state before returning to your normal routine.

Write personally when it matters

Daniel is the new fan we met earlier. Sometimes you will want to write directly yourself. Read the context, pause automation for that fan when appropriate, and use the manual message field. A personal question or clarification can add value alongside the bot's coverage. Keep your message consistent with the relationship and the content you can actually offer.

Send a thoughtful gift from Inbox

You can also send a gift from the conversation. Open the gift control, inspect the suggested media and message, and review the selection before sending. A gift is a relationship gesture that gives the fan something to respond to. Keep it relevant and check the delivery result. It is free content, so evaluate the interaction separately from paid purchases.

Help a quiet conversation become active again

Oliver is an existing fan whose conversation went quiet. With re-engagement enabled, FV Chatter checks throughout the day for opportunities to invite eligible fans back. Fresh hooklines and cleanup of old outreach help keep the invitation readable. When Oliver replies, the conversation can continue around his interests. Review the context and keep creator control available as these relationships develop.

Review safeguards and recover deliberately

Your persona boundaries, content exclusions, delivery history, and automation controls work together. Review flagged activity and account health, then inspect the affected conversation before resuming. Keep your Vault descriptions accurate and add new content as fans receive older sets. This daily habit helps you maintain a recognizable voice and a useful content library as the business grows.

Use the same discipline across an agency

For an agency, apply the same discipline separately to each creator account. Keep the persona, media, fan history, and offer decisions tied to that creator's business. Agree who reviews conversations, edits content, and handles exceptions. The solo workflow remains the foundation: a recognizable voice, distinct content, informed follow-up, and clear responsibility for the decisions that affect fans.

Build your next week with FV Chatter

You now have the complete workflow: bring interested people to Fanvue, prepare your persona and Vault, guide relevant first purchases, and give returning buyers fresh experiences. Schedule the content, review the conversations, and measure the investment. Start with one week you can run consistently. FV Chatter supports the relationship and monetization system while you keep creating the content and marketing that bring fans into your business.
