Improve your business with Progress analysis

Turn your previous efforts into useful next steps

What should you improve next? Progress helps you answer that question using the activity already recorded in your account. Open Summer's Progress screen and review the week, then choose Open detailed analysis. This brings conversations, audience activity, offers, and purchases into one review. You can see what deserves attention without reading every conversation or guessing which part of your workflow needs work.

Open the analysis and let it run

Select Open detailed analysis. The account analysis starts automatically; watch the loading state while the records are reviewed. Past seven days is the starting view. When the analysis finishes, a priority finding appears if the records support one. Below it, View full account analysis opens the complete report. This is how you move from the weekly overview into the detail behind it.

Read the account overview together

Expand the full report and begin with the core metrics. Read recorded revenue alongside purchases, offers, active fans, and incoming replies. These figures answer different questions: reaching a fan, getting a reply, and completing a purchase are separate steps. The overview helps you decide where to investigate. Summer's strong account still has room to improve, just as a growing creator can use the same review to establish a useful baseline.

Compare the weekly and monthly perspective

Choose Past thirty days to run a broader review. A week gives you a close view of recent activity; a month helps you see a wider pattern around your posts and promotion. Keep the selected window in mind when reading the report. Lifetime spending remains a lifetime measure even when the conversation section covers one week. Compare similar periods, and record when you changed content, promotion, or prices.

Connect promotion with fan activity

The traffic section shows audience composition and daily additions to the synced fan records. Look for changes around your promotions and posting schedule. If people arrive but few begin talking, review the invitation that brings them to Fanvue and the welcome experience they receive. Fans without a recorded chat in this window are an opportunity to investigate. They are not automatically lost fans. Your marketing and the conversation workflow work together.

Learn where conversation attention goes

Next, review conversation activity and the chatter breakdown. Daily inbound and outbound activity shows how the exchange develops, while the busiest conversations show where attention is concentrated. Read conversation volume beside spending history. A long conversation may need patient relationship building, a clearer content match, or a context review. Open the thread before deciding. Message volume alone does not tell you whether someone is ready for a purchase.

Use purchase evidence to review your offers

The price-band table separates offers sent from purchases and the amount earned. Use it to choose which offers deserve a closer look. Check the content, the fan's interest, and the timing in the conversation before changing a price. Different fans and collections can explain different results. VIP Packages remain reserved for receptive high spenders with sustained purchasing. This review helps you refine relevant offers while the bot continues handling the conversation and sale.

Keep what works and investigate the gaps

The report also highlights strengths supported by the account records. These help you recognize what to keep: responsive conversations, new audience activity, and price bands with recorded purchases. Response coverage and measured reply intervals can point to threads worth checking for pauses or unresolved questions. Use the observations to direct your attention. The analysis does not need a perfect account to be useful; its value is helping you make a more informed next decision.

Turn the findings into a practical content plan

The action plan brings the review back to things you can do. Check which Vault items are eligible for ordinary conversations, and which remain excluded or reserved for Scripts and VIP Packages. A large library can still offer the bot limited everyday variety. Keep adding relevant images and videos, review captions and tags, and maintain your weekly posts. Preserve intentional exclusions and premium reservations while expanding the content that supports natural first and repeat purchases.

Follow a finding back to the actual conversation

When a priority finding is available, its Review in Inbox or Review in Vault link takes you back to the relevant workspace. Here we follow the conversation finding into Inbox and inspect a busy thread. Read what the fan actually said before choosing a change. You can add useful creator notes or adjust your setup where appropriate. This is a focused review of the system; you do not have to manually manage every automated purchase.

One review. One useful change. Repeat next week.

Make this a short weekly habit. Open Progress, run the activity analysis, and choose one improvement supported by the report and the conversations behind it. Record what you changed, then review the next comparable period. A new creator can improve welcomes and everyday content; an established creator can refine repeat purchases and premium experiences. FV Chatter handles the ongoing conversation workflow while these reviews help you build a stronger creator business.
