Know your fans and give buyers a reason to return
See your fans and their spending
Fans is where you can see your fan base, how much each fan has spent, and who your high spenders are. Start with All Fans and clear any search or recent-purchaser filter. The list includes people who haven't bought yet as well as established buyers. This is your audience workspace for deciding who to follow up with.
Find the buyers who support your business
Sort by All Time Spend to bring the biggest buyers to the top. Top Spenders helps you find paying fans, while Whales highlights high spenders. Compare Total with the visible purchase information. These are all-time figures, not the Dashboard's monthly revenue. Use spending to prioritize attention, then use context to decide what is appropriate.
Meet Marek, a returning buyer
Meet Marek, an existing fan and returning buyer who enjoys Summer's portraits. Read his question and check earlier purchases and preferences. A high spender is still a person with specific interests. Look for something he hasn't received and a reason it fits. The premium collection lesson later builds on this same habit of understanding the buyer first.
Choose who receives your gift
You can selectively send gifts or PPV upsells from Fans. For a gift, search for the fan you want and select their row. Review the Selected indicator; filtering the list does not automatically select recipients. Choose Free Gift and keep Send as Mass Message to All Contacts off. That keeps this action focused on the fans you chose.
Choose a relevant, unseen gift
Select from Vault opens the existing media library. Choose an appropriate image the fan hasn't already received, then confirm the selection. A small gift can show appreciation and give the fan something to react to. The media still needs to fit the relationship. Use the content deliberately rather than treating every fan as the same recipient.
Review, send, and check the gift result
Write a warm message, review the selected fan and media, then use Send to Fan. Inspect the send result. This is a free gift, not a paid purchase, so it adds no sales revenue. If you want to write more personally, you can continue in Inbox. The value here is an intentional relationship touchpoint that you control.
Offer new paid content to interested buyers
Now choose PPV Upsell for a suitable returning buyer. Select Marek deliberately and check the recipient indicator again. His interest and earlier purchases guide the content choice. Select distinct media, explain what is included, and set a price that makes sense for the offer. Keep the all-contacts option off for this targeted send.
Inspect content, caption, and price
Review the paid media, optional preview, caption, and price together. The message should make the contents clear and give the fan a choice. Don't imply the collection contains videos if it only contains photos. Before sending, check that the recipient is appropriate and that the content is genuinely different from what they already received.
A sent offer still needs a purchase
Send the selected-fan offer and inspect the result. Successful sending tells you the outbound action completed; it does not mean Marek bought it. Revenue needs a confirmed purchase receipt, just as we saw in chapter four. Keep those states separate when you judge a campaign. Relevant offers create opportunities, and the fan decides whether to take them.
Keep quiet fans warm with a hookline
Meet Oliver, an existing fan whose conversation has gone quiet. With re-engagement enabled, FV Chatter checks throughout the day for opportunities to bring eligible fans back. A brief, varied hookline gives them an easy reason to reply when they return to Fanvue. This helps keep the connection warm while you focus on creating content and serving other conversations.
Fresh outreach without a pile of old hooks
Old outreach is cleaned up so hooklines don't pile up in the inbox. In this individual example, the new message is confirmed delivered before the old unanswered one is removed. Replied-to individual messages are kept. When Oliver replies, the bot resumes the conversation. Eligibility, pauses, opt-outs, and contact cooldowns still apply. A fresh invitation can reduce conversations going quiet; it cannot guarantee a reply.
Choose the next relationship action
Whether you have a few fans or an established audience, use Fans to organize your attention. Find the person, inspect their context, and choose a gift, a relevant paid offer, or a conversation without selling. Re-engagement can invite quiet fans back. Your next exercise is to choose one suitable fan and prepare a follow-up with a clear reason behind it.
