Prepare one working sales workflow
Understand the bot before enabling it
Before switching on the bot, understand what shapes a reply. FV Chatter uses the fan's message and relevant history, your persona and remembered context, safeguards, and available content. It can answer, continue chatting, or make a suitable media offer. Not every reply needs to sell something. We'll prepare those inputs so the first conversation has a clear foundation.
Check the four account essentials
Start with Account setup: connect Fanvue, create your persona, sync your content, and turn on your bot. Review these in order. Connection gives the software access to the account; the persona guides the voice; synced Vault metadata helps the bot find the media on Fanvue. The bot switch is your final operating decision. We are inspecting a prepared account here, rather than performing external authorization during this course session.
Use accurate creator details
Open Settings and inspect the Persona identity fields. Use an adult persona and accurate creator details that fit the brand you intend to present. Add relevant interests and occupation if they help the conversation. Leave details out when they are not established. These inputs guide the bot's voice; they should not invite it to invent events or promises you cannot fulfill.
Set the voice you want fans to hear
Communication Style describes how the creator sounds. For Summer, we'll use warm, playful, concise replies with one natural question at a time. Be specific about the rhythm and attitude rather than listing vague adjectives. A creator with a different brand can choose a different style. The goal is a recognizable voice that still responds to the fan's actual question.
Save boundaries and verify the result
Boundaries should be practical: keep interactions online, respect refusals, and avoid promising meetings or custom content that isn't available. Review the persona description as well. Now save the settings and inspect the Saved confirmation. Saving is what makes the edited configuration available to the account; changing a field alone is not the end of the workflow.
Your media comes from Fanvue’s Vault
This view uses metadata imported from Fanvue's Vault, including existing captions and media references. The actual media stays on Fanvue. FV Chatter reads those descriptions and assigns tags that help organize and match the content. Accurate captions matter: describe what the image or video actually contains. A vague or misleading caption gives the bot weaker information when a fan asks for a specific kind of content.
Match the request to real content
Open one media detail. Compare the image, its description, and its tags. A fan may describe a mood or make a direct request; the bot tries to find media that fits. Check the format and contents as well as the price. If the library lacks a suitable match, adding accurate content is more useful than expecting the bot to invent one.
Build a varied, growing library
Build a substantial library over time: safe-for-work and adult content, images and genuine videos, several moods and collections. Add new content regularly. FV Chatter tracks what each fan has received, so repeat buyers need fresh options. Our selected course assets are photos; the format cards show the broader library you should prepare, rather than pretending those photos are videos.
Exclude content from automated sends
If you want media excluded from bot sends, open its detail and change Included in bot sends to Excluded from bot sends. Save the change and check the excluded badge. This is the control behind the exclusion you want; it is separate from descriptive tags. Keep ordinary content, Script media, and reserved premium content organized deliberately.
Keep context and ownership visible
The bot automatically keeps its own fan memory from previous conversations, including useful interests and relationship context. You can add optional private Creator Notes on top. Delivery history does a different job: it helps avoid sending content the fan has already received. Before a manual offer, inspect the conversation and earlier content rather than choosing solely from the fan's spending total.
Enable automation with creator control
In Inbox, Stop bot and Start bot control the whole account. Pause bot and Resume bot apply to one fan. Use those separately: you may want to take over one conversation while the rest continues. Natural reply delays and message spacing support the conversation, but you still review the behavior and handle situations that need your attention.
Test one complete conversation
Before relying on this workflow, review one complete exchange: a real question, an accurate answer, suitable content, a decision, and the delivery or purchase result. Confirm the saved persona and exclusions. If you are starting, this gives your first fans a prepared experience. If you are established, it gives you a repeatable standard for a much busier Inbox.
